Pandan, Coconut and Vanilla
Inspired by our love for kaya (coconut jam), we tossed together freeze-dried pandan leaves, Javanese vanilla, cashews, sunflower seeds, and baked coconut chips for a special treat. With a splash of organic coconut flower nectar, each batch of granolas is pan-baked to homemade crunchy goodness.
Prepared with gluten-free rolled oats, a source of wholesome fibre and protein, Ujong Gourmet granolas are best eaten with fresh milk, plant-based milk, or simply as a topping on your favourite yoghurt or gelato!
