Available shipping options and charges to your selected destination will be displayed on your check out page.

We do not ship out on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Please note during sale, deliveries may take up to an additional 48 hours to be dispatched.

During free shipping promotions, the delivery cost will be removed on the final payment page.


Local Orders

Once your order is placed, it will take an estimated 3 - 5 business days to arrive at your door step. All Local Orders are delivered using Qdelivery.


International Orders

Once your order is placed, it will take an estimated 10 - 20 business days to arrive at your door step for standard registered postage and 5 - 9 business days for express shipping. Estimated arrival dates also depend on your location.

All taxes, duties, and customs fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s custom policies.

If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to us at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.



Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online with our shipping partners.

Express shipping partners: Aramex, DHL, Fed-Ex, UPS and TNT.

Unattended Addresses & Failed Deliveries

If you are shipping your order to an unattended address, or if there is no one at your shipping destination to sign for the parcel, you will receive a note to collect it from the nearest local post office. However, if the parcel has not be claimed for more than 10 days at your local post office, your parcel will be sent back to us.

In such rare circumstances, we will contact you to make arrangements for either a pick up (for local orders only) or re-delivery (shipping and handling fees may apply) once we have received your returned parcel.
