Straits Kaya Mousse

Easy | Serves 4


  • 3 Egg whites
  • 50 ml Double cream
  • 50 g Ujong Straits Kaya

* Pairs well with pancakes


  1. Whisk the egg whites in a large mixing bowl until stiff peaks form
  2. Remove from whisk
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the cream until it thickens to stiff peaks
  4. Stir Ujong Straits Kaya into the cream
  5. Using a large metal spoon, fold the cream mixture into the whisked egg whites
  6. Pour mixture into 4 individual pots and chill in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours to set
