Straits Kaya Mousse

Ingredients
- 3 Egg whites
- 50 ml Double cream
- 50 g Ujong Straits Kaya
* Pairs well with pancakes
Steps
- Whisk the egg whites in a large mixing bowl until stiff peaks form
- Remove from whisk
- In a separate bowl, whisk the cream until it thickens to stiff peaks
- Stir Ujong Straits Kaya into the cream
- Using a large metal spoon, fold the cream mixture into the whisked egg whites
- Pour mixture into 4 individual pots and chill in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours to set
